In 2017 we
achieved significant progress against our strategic targets. Our sales
benefited from a clear recovery in the single-wafer Atomic Layer
Deposition (ALD) market, in particular driven by strong increases in the
3D-NAND segment. During the year we also successfully expanded our position in the epitaxy market with an important tool win from a leading foundry customer. In total, our revenue increased by 23% to a new record level.
